As per our terms of service, all transactions on Marquee TV are non-refundable.
If you have canceled your subscription this will go into effect on your next billing date.
For example, if you cancel in the middle of a month your cancelation will not go into effect until the first of the next month, or whenever your next billing date was due.
If you feel that an exception applies please contact support@marquee.TV and we will review your case individually.
